License Agreement (EULA)
This End User License Agreement (EULA) is a binding legal agreement between you (an individual or entity) and Prism Migration for the software product accompanying this agreement.
1. License Grant
Prism Migration grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and run the software on the number of devices specified in your purchase order (e.g., 1 computer for Standard, up to 25 for Enterprise).
2. Intellectual Property Rights
The software, its code, structure, design, and assets are the exclusive intellectual property of Prism Migration and are protected by international copyright laws. No title or property rights are transferred to you.
3. Termination
This agreement terminates automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and permanently uninstall it from all devices.
